today was different

in that i actually feel accomplished, a lil bit, but accomplished.

i got tires on the back of the caprice, which was in desperate need of new shoes.... something fierce!!

then i did a first, for me i have never had BOUDAIN i threw it on while i was doin a pastrami, for work this week, also i have a rack of spareribs on now... mmmm i cant wait, im on hour...4 now one more in the foil, and one outta the foil and theys be done!!

and lemme tell you what, GROG is right now my fave smoker.... he's been burnin since before 9... and i HAVENT TOUCHED IT!!!!, i wanna build a bigger version... someday... after the smokerator...after we have our own place.
