Mmmm tonight at the family dinner I got to cook. Jene wanted kabobs, so her and ma put em all together, with all the fixins. There was shrimp and pineapple, chicken and onions, peppers and beef and squash and there was shrooms too, ...fergitting somethin...tomaters there was them too.

You may wonder why the tinfoil on the grill? 2 reasons. Blocks heat so I dint burn the flesh O-F-F off my finger bones. And also to block the heat from the sticks so I have a handle with which to flip em with.

So next time ya do kabobs, do you fingers a favor, and lay a nice foil blanket of goodness down on the grate and grill away!
