WHAT'S UP PEOPLE, it's time for WHAT'S COOKIN' WEDNESDAY?!
tonight is a Smörgåsbord of redneck lovin!!.... get your mind outta the gutter no bedroom talk here, it's what's cookin wednesday after all, not wednesday after dark....
First up to bat is lovely pig candy first ya start off with bacon, could be thick cut, or regular cut, as long as it's bacon, it's good in my book. next in line is brown sugar, gotta have brown sugar, tonight along with the BS (brown sugar... jeeze.... so critical!!!) i used some chinese 5 spice, chipotle powder, lil garlic, and a lil S&P.
next up comes something i havent had in....um... let's look back.. college..nope.. not then.... highschool...eheh...not then either... middle school uuuuuuuuuhhhh i dont think so... but elementary school, i remember having had it then.... dah dah daaaaaaahhhhnnnn SPAM... stuff posing as meat if you will it turned out pretty danged good i tell you whut!! rubbed it down with a lil Bovine Bold and then hit it with the same sweet stuff that went on the bacon...mmmm, THIS is how to do up spam... ya know the best part??? didnt taste like spam:D:D
the next hunka redneck loved "meat" is balogna, nice beef balogna, that the lady at the walmart deli opened a new one just for me, sweet lady! i had never done one of these either, so i just looked at what some of the brethren have done, and did that, crosscutted the top Bovine Bolded it then slapped it on the GROG with some fatties
