so this BBQ thing is goin deeper than i thought!... there's this drug, it's called bacon, it comes in many forms, of course fried is the normal way to go about bacon... but BBQ puts bacon to a whole new level.

Today for the first time im trying what's called pig candy, basically it's bacon, covered in brown sugar and smoked til it's done, no magic number when time is concerned, just done... cant wait to try it, it's almost done so ....mmmm smells soooo good
